I recently read this book for a church planting class for my M.Div. God put it together for me to take a class on missional leadership the week before, so all of these ideas have been swarming in my head for the past couple of months. Another poignant read is Reggie McNeal, "Present Future" or "Missional Renaissance." Thanks for your post.

Kevin, it is an insightful book. I even think the idea of "breaking the code" is appropriate because connecting with culture is pretty hard to figure out at times - we often don't know where to begin.
